Susannah Conway, photographer, blogger, author, teacher and all-around cool chick, is hosting the fourth annual "August Break." I think this is a fun exercise, whether or not you blog or take pictures. The idea is simply to take some time to look inside.
This year Susannah has also arranged daily photo prompts to be used (or not). Since I love a good photo prompt project, how could I resist?

If you like to take pictures, even just with your cell phone, you should join in and post daily to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Flickr - whatever your heart desires! I love doing shared photo projects, so I look forward to seeing all of your breakfast's tomorrow :).
