1. Pick out awesome nail color and apply to nails.
I used Sinful's "24-7" because wearing fluorescent makes me feel like I have a secret super power.
2. Use those paper ring sticker things to cover the lower half of your nail.
I used Avery hole punch reinforcers and you can reuse them for other fun nail projects... or to reinforce holes in paper.
3. Apply an equally awesome top color, peel stickers and enjoy.
I used Sinful's "Dream On."
